Homebrew VWii Homebrew Browser error Wii U

Hello,

I recently Homebrewed my Wii u I then used Hackmii to Homebrew the vwii inside of it I installed the homebrew channel.
When I try and load the Homebrew browser I get told that it can't connect due to the server having issues. (Read error -81 occurred. Retrying...)
Is all that comes on screen after that. I'm assuming that it's talking about not being able to connect to the internet. If I'm assuming correctly then that doesn't make much sense seeing as CTGP-R works online just fine. IDK maybe I'm missing a big piece of the puzzle.
on the menu screen of the red 16:9 Homebrew channel it says 'Network not initialized' whereas on the 4:3 Homebrew channel it just gives me my Wii's IP address on both channels It's running 1.1.2 IOS58 v25.32. I have Multi-Mod Manager if that can be used I really don't know.

To anyone who was going to help I figured It out. I just got the OSC version instead.
