I know it's stupid...I accidentally uninstalled 4 wad files, i.e. IOS36-64-v3864.wad, IOS...v6432.wad

Now I can't access wiiflow, cfg or even HBC....

Is it full bricked? What shall I do to restore it..

Explain to me how the hell you uninstalled IOS on vWii when all tools are supposed to protect against this unless you check?

You're going to need to find out what 4 IOSes you uninstalled. Then, you're gonna need the vWii IOS WADs - I can help with that.
Damn vWii NUSD vanishing off the face of this earth...

Or just restore, via ftpiiu-everywhere, a file-level slccmp backup (IOS/Launcher are in /vol/slccmpt01/title/00000001/*)
(you made one before screwing it up, riiiiight sure)

No that's wrong. FTPiiU Everywhere does not do permissions correctly, this is how he'd make it worse.
