Hacking VPK installation issues

I am using molecular shell and having issues installing the vpk. I keep getting response 550. File not found.

Error Critical File Transfer error. Ive tried numerous things and it doesnt seem to work

Restart the Vita and reinstall Henkaku, not Taihenkaku. Also try rebooting the PC you are running the ftp from. These things seem to have helped me out of a similar 550 jam a couple times in the past. Good luck.
