I have got a vitatv that start then shutdown
when I go to safemod and try to install software it gave me a c4-3093-5 error

how I can fix that

-What kind of power brick are you using? My PSTV won't boot if it is on certain bricks. You may have damaged it by using a bad brick.
-Do any other options in Safe Mode work? Maybe try 2.Rebuild Database, 4.Restore Database or 5.Update System Software (DO NOT DO 5 IF YOU WANT TO HACK IT)
-If none of the above works, and if you have a Memory Card inserted, take out the Memory Card and try to boot.

I couldn't find that particular error on vita dev wiki, but all the errors around that number suggest a hardware problem.

it boots then it flash 6 times and shutdown with a black screen
i tried with no sd and all the rebuild with no sucsess
tried to update and had the error on the update
could it be a bad nand and i must heat it to a reflow

Lo intenté sin SD y toda la reconstrucción fue sin éxito.
