Hacking VitaShell Problem

I recently installed SD2Vita and I forgot to put my backup on the sd card so now whenever I launch anything it says its corrupted. I tried to reinstall VItaShell but when I launch it it says its corrupted (installed via h-encore).
Im not able to do anything and Im seriously stuck right now

Run h-encore. Reset tai config. reboot. Start sd2vita process again and do it right.

I managed to fix it but now when I try to install a vpk i get the error 0x80010016

create a new folder named "data" under ux0. then you can check whether you delect the vitashell folder in ux0. after that you can reinstall a new vitashell version via h-encore.
