Hardware Vita TV at E3?

With the recent PS4 remote play announcement, I wonder if Sony is preparing for a US/EU launch?

Not to mention, Playstation Mobile will support the Vita TV this summer.

If the price is anywhere near the $99 converted to the PAL region, I'm buying one for shits and giggles. It'd be a far better option to convert into a HDMI-enabled PSP than a regular PSP. Not to mention the Vita games on a larger screen..
