Hey chief, the good news is that, it's very likely that your PS Vita is FINE.

The bad news is that, sounds like you fucked up your hack. IF somebody else doesn't come into this thread and "fix" your problem, you're going to have to remove your hack, reformat your micro SD card and re-hack your Vita. That notwithstanding, Here's what you need to do...

1) Remove your SD2Vita card. Keep it out, don't put it back in, not at all.

2) You need to de-hack your Vita, as the current hack has been corrupted. If you are not running the Henkaku/Henlo/Enso hack (just HENKAKU for short), none of these instructions are for you. But we're assuming that you are running Henkaku, so cheer up and keep reading. To remove your hack, do the following and do not veer from these instructions.

a) Go to System Settings > Henkaku Settings. Scroll down to "Enable Version Spoofing", and UN-CHECK THAT, so that you are no longer "enabling" spoofing.

b) While still under the Henkaku Settings, scroll down to the very bottom to where it says "Reboot Device". Do not reboot yet.

c) Hold down the left shoulder button, and KEEP IT HELD DOWN. NOW TAP "Reboot Device". Keep the left shoulder button down until the system boots. With your Vita rebooted, you will be greeted with a screen that reads "You must update the system software.". Obviously, click on "Update System Software.". If you don't see that screen, then you have to make sure that your wifi is on, but it's very likely that you'll see the screen as described above telling you to update.

d) Update your Vita's firmware to 3.74, which is the last firmware update from SONY in ages. Follow the on-screen prompts and let your wonderful little gizmo do what it's supposed to do. It will finish with the firmware update, and it will reboot. You have now removed the hack. To confirm, go into Settings, System Information, and as you will see, you are now on 3.74, ripe for the Henkaku Hack!!!

3) You can try to tap any bubble that was related to your hack, every one of them will give you an error.

4) Go to Settings > Format >Format Memory Card. Regardless of which kind of Vita you have (1000, 2000, etc.), when you hacked your Vita, the hack goes into your internal storage (unless you deliberately stuck it elsewhere), so you want to make sure that said internal storage is purged and wiped clean of your CORRUPTED HACK so you can install a clean hack again.

5) While this is a preference and not necessary, restore your system (yes, wipe it clean of any and every app/game on the system). If not, simply remove any and all bubbles related to your hack, and any bubbles for any games, if any.

6) REJOICE! You may now re-hack your system. vita.hacks.guide.

P.S. - Don't forget to reformat your micro SD card. If you are concerned about saving your info on that, create another thread because I don't have much knowledge about that. But the above info will breathe new life into your Vita and restore freedom to the galaxy.
