My Vita is a Wifi model. When I turn on WiFi it is unable to find any access points and when I tab out it turns off again. I can manually enter a access point.
Firmware is 3.74, unmodded

Also when I click airplane mode it crashes the console
(A couple of errors)

Tried to resolve all of those error codes but I think they are generic/unknown errors so we can't have any idea about what's wrong specifically. Did some research on the net and it looks like the Wi-Fi module is dead, or maybe your firmware is incomplete?

Just saw your other thread and you said that you've disconnected the Vita from the PC after you saw the EULA, maybetry reinstalling FW the same way but keep it connected to your PC. I don't really know if it'd make a difference but it's worth a try. Check if your MAC Address is showing (Settings->System Settings->System Information) if you don't see anything there then I think we can assume that your Vita's Wi-Fi module is dead.
