Vista Transformation Pack 9, Close to "Completion"

Well, it's almost 2 weeks for delaying Vista Transformation Pack 9's release from my schedule. Originally, I intended to release it on 28th October 2008 but the quality of new version of 3rd-party applications developed for Vista Transformation Pack was far from stable.

However, tonight, Lee's developed applications have all reached "stable" stage that can be considered running well for daily uses. Vista Transformation Pack 9 should be able to be released in next 2-3 days. (Gotta wait for sidebar's confirmation, though)

Thanks for your patient to wait for nearly a year gap release for such work this late. I truly apologize for this matter.

    Regards,
    Windows X

UPDATE: Vista Transformation Pack 9.0 will be released in next 24hrs from now on (meaning in 12th November 2008)

It's meant to be released this night though but I couldn't contact SideBar developer. Right now I'm going to integrate its replacement since that lazy bump didn't give a damn about VTP.

There're still some issues in Lee's developed applications which are:
ViOrb: Fails to replace start button with ViOrb after explorer crashed and running again (Leaving two start button and ViOrb stands behind taskbar)
ViStart: Sometimes fail to recover ViStart start menu after entering full screen or resolution changes but can be fixed by restarting ViStart ("Reload Shell" option added to solve this issue)
ViSplore: When ViSplore is set to default file manager, it sometimes always open path in new ViSplore instance and alt+F4 key will remove search box before closing ViSplore window.

Aside from these issues, it works pretty damn fine. See ya tomorrow [IMG]

i'm kinda psyched for this. i used this quite a while ago, but due to the low amount of ram i had, i was forced to delete it. but now with 2gigs, i should be fine. iunno if this version is free though. i heard something before that he was chargin for this version?

I've never really cared about this stuff. I mean, what's wrong with Windows XP with Windowblinds?

I'm happy with the look on openSUSE, and the windows XP one with silver.

    Hey thanks for the info.
I kinda moved from Windows XP to vista on a new laptop and the skin has been getting boring.
Though I have liked the color changing options.

I still use windowblinds with WinXP if I get the chance.
Been using the MetalX2 skin for ages now.
Been looking for a good Vista alternitive.

Well, if you have vista why not? Worth a try at least I say.
I don't remember windowblinds working well with vista before. But then again I just haven't had the need to dig it up again.

    Ok, call me stupid.
This is a pack to make WinXP machines to look like vista.
Not explained very well on the site.

    Ya, I'd stick with windowblinds.
Unless you really really want that sidebar or something.
    Vista isn't that cool.

I found this pack slowed my XP to an almost halt with all the extra programs and such it needs to run

WOW, just like Windows Vista! [IMG]

In all seriousness, I use Windows Blinds on my Vista, to run Luna Element, love that skin.
