Hacking Virgin 4.0 Modded - Some issues - Please help

This will be kinda lengthy as I'm going to try to include all steps I went through yesterday.

Bannerbomb'd CMDVDX35 -> Downgrade IOS35. No errors.
Bannerbomb'd WADManager (IOS35), installed IOS35-64-v1040.wad and restarted.
Bannerbomb'd WADManager (IOS35), installed HomebrewChannel.wad and restarted.

Using Homebrew, Launched WADManager (IOS35) and loaded cios_fix.wad - restarted.
Ran cIOS36_rev10-Installer and chose WAD installation. No errors. Restarted.

WAD Manager (IOS249) and installed the following WADs in the order listed below... No errors on anything.
IOS11-64-v10.wad
IOS12-64-v6.wad
IOS13-64-v10.wad
IOS15-64-v257.wad
IOS17-64-v512.wad
IOS20-64-v12.wad
IOS21-64-v514.wad
IOS30-64-v1040.wad
IOS31-64-v1040.wad
IOS33-64-v1040.wad
IOS34-64-v1039.wad
IOS36-64-v1042.wad
IOS37-64-v2070.wad
IOS38-64-v3609.wad
IOS53-64-v4113.wad
IOS55-64-v4633.wad
cios60.wad
ios61.wad

Then I loaded System Menu 3.2U and restarted.
Installed preloader (.29) using WAD Manager and restarted.
Used HomebrewChannel to install HomebrewChannel using the .dol instead of the .wad.

Installed CIOS36 rev10 again, using Network install mode.
Ran IOS Downgrader v1.
Ran cIOS Downgrader v1.2 and loaded 3.2U again.
Ran Waninkoko's 4.0 Update
Ran the IOS60 update (No to IOS61, Yes to IOS60 and yes to patch. No to shop channel)

I then installed BUL3g.wad and it installed without any errors.

Made images of Deadly Creatures, Guitar Hero: Metallica and Metroid Prime 3.

Burned all to TDK 16x DVD-Rs at 4x.
Deadly Creatures - Works fine from BUL3g (Which reports IOS249 btw)
The other two just give me the annoyingly vague 324 error.

What I'm trying to sort out here is if I missed something in my install procedure or if I should be looking at another issue...

Error 324 could mean not the right cIOS installed, bad disk media, bad burn...
check the gamma compatibility wiki to see your games work and then if it says they should work try to burn again?

How can I verify which CIOS is installed? I manually installed CIOSv10, but the WAD I installed backup launcher from may/should/I think I possibly saw it installing a different one (ciosv7 presumably).

I've tried re-burning at different speeds and at this point on a different system.

use anytitle deleter to see which ioses are installed. but i don't know what ioses the non working games require.
