Yes, you can do system transfer and install properly signed .CIA. We won't be supporting piracy though and this is not up to debate/discussion.

The idea is to have emunand+region free+CSDN for sound on New 3DS+Some sort of homebrew channel from the home menu+decryption tools. If you want to learn more please head over to the KARL3DS thread.

Do you need Oot every time to boot in Emunand after the first install? I dont own this game and a friend would sent this game to me to test it with my MH4U n3ds.

You have to use OoT3D to boot Gateway menu every time on the New3DS.

This should be perfect for Sky users I think, they can just take out the cubic ninja and use Sky catridge for Reg Free+ Stuff.

don't want to derail the thread here, but by signed, you mean cias that were made with your own roms and ones that aren't non region locked and aren't firmware spoofed?

Yes, plus, once in emuNAND mode you can have regionfree(+ more) on your games I think (since Karl supports regionfree).

Only on 9.2 or lower though.

I think so, not following Karl as much, clicked for the Gateway Tutorial, only to be pleasantly surprised in the end.

Protip Down+B will shut down the 3DS in GW.
How the heck do you tell if a CIA is homebrew?
I think that GW looks for that GATEWAYNAND key in there emunand data.

can theoretically do everything that GW can do, expect we are locking it down so you can't
