Hey I Promised A Girl Id Edit A Video For Her. ITS DUE TOMORROW! Can You Guys Point Me To Some Easy To Use Software? I Need To Join 3 Videos Together Then Speed Up A 1:16:00 video The Be 3 Mins. If You Could Do This Thatd Be AMAZING!

1h 16 to 3 minutes is a considerable speed increase. Are you aiming for a kind of time lapse of something like security footage? Most simple speed increases will not go that high right away.

Also are all the videos the same resolution, frame rate and such?

I could give you an avisynth script to do it but I am not sure you want to fight with avisynth ( http://avisynth.org.ru/docs/english/corefilters/selectevery.htm is the main thing you might not expect, though you could probably replicate the things done in the video I link to in a second).
