Homebrew Video Camera for DSi Homebrew?

I was wondering if anyone has created a "video capturing" program for the DSi. I think I've heard it somewhere, but not sure.

1. No, I don't see much value in pointless gimmicks. If it had been interpreted differently, I'd like it.
2. The 3DS's cameras are better than the pieces of shit we see in the DSi.
