ROM Hack VC config.ini Options?

What are the options in the config.ini for and how should I set them for different games? I took mine from The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Somthing, and I attempted to inject Pokèmon Gold, but it crashes in the player's room.

Is there a list somewhere?
