This was quite a handful of questions so it was hard to know where to place it. If it's wrong... move please?

1. Can I store the ROMS for Wii64, or PS1 EMU in the same Hard Drive as my Wii ISO's (I use GFC Loader.) (Doubt it for the file type difference.)

2. I assume that Roms for anything are slower if runned from an SD. Is this correct?

3. Can I have a hard drive for the Wii ISO's and the ones with roms in at the same time?

Yes, as long as the drive is FAT32 formatted.

Not really, if anything they'd be faster running from an SD. (Don't quote me on that though).

Not sure about this but probably. You can have them on the same drive though.

1. was answered previously
2. SD is MUCH faster then USB. I actually compared USB and SD speeds using a sd card reader and the sd port on the wii, and SD was MUCH faster. Also, much more apps/emulators are compatible with sd card.
3. Yes.

if you still use wbfs you can convert it to FAT (sig)

btw mixing file types on a drive is no problem at all
look how many types you PC uses
