Meh, I never got why people quit the forum instead of trying to improve it. It'll always have stupid people but the least you can do is try to improve it somehow.

One of the people who temporarily left did try to improve it, but it proved to be too much for him, because he thought nothing changed and would never change(not just with tempers). Although, Costello and Ace did make a change right after a certain incident occurred. The site needs a looooooot of changes, but some of the changes people want are the ones that take the most time.
You can't get rid of idiots, they are everywhere and are in swarms like mosquitoes, the best way to deal with people like that is either to ignore them or wait for them to dig a deep enough grave.
When did Toni leave after I came back from my sporadic visiting stage he just seemed to dissappear and many new guys appeared.

Also there's some people in the staff that really shouldn't be there.

The reasonI'm just sick of all the new frequent posters having the average intelligence of a house plant (there are some exceptions but there's too few of them to change my opinion).
Other reasons: most of the frequent Wii section posters are giant assholes, and in nearly every post of them they break the rules one way or another, yet when I report them, nothing is done about it. Then, when I 'break the rules' with a damn good reason (I know, it's still breaking the rules, but whatever), I get a warn. Hypocrisy much?
Also, I used to report loads of things, but apparently it's frowned upon when I report a one word post (which nearly always adds nothing to a topic), double posting (wait, since when is it allowed to double post on ANY forum?), trolling, spamming, etc. As a test to see if the mods were actually still paying any attention to reports, I had a friend of mine post some random porn vid. Literally 5 seconds after the topic was created, shaunj66 already deleted the topic and suspended him. Therefore, I conclude mods don't pay any attention to my reports anymore.
Another thing is that, IMO, I've created quite a few useful topics, and when I see people posting a new topic instead of posting in my topic (which is stickied and handles about the same subject), I link them to my topic and ask them to post there instead. Apparently, I can't do that either. What the hell, I thought that was the exact point of stickies. :/
I frequently mention bugs in the forums and sometimes also create topics about them in Site Suggestions. None of them were ever fixed.
luke_c should never have joined the staff, or at least not at his age (I mean, FFS, he's 15 years old). Whenever I point out a mistake he made, he starts raging for no reason at all. Is that how a staff member should behave?
And finally, when I really started posting (or spamming ) during the Summer of 2009, there were many people to have fun with and I enjoyed every day I spent here. This summer, I can't say I had any real fun whatsoever, because most of the people I hung around with back then don't visit as often anymore as they used to, or they're just banned (you're still here, but that's about it). And I just can't get along with the idiots of today.
