uTorrent is Going so Slow!

Well how long does it have to be and who tells you when you can stop? How do they know you just didn't turn off your computer? I have to turn off PeerGuardian sometimes to get to certain sites, and I don't wanna risk that again.

You stop when you feel like you seeded enough.
It has nothing to do with your computer being on/off. It depends on the amount your uploading and downloading. A tracker tracks your uploads/downloads.

If your internet connection can't handle seeding, don't bother getting a private tracker.

Hmm, I think I'll just use a public tracker for now. I'm going to look for torrents with the most seeds. I cannot seem to find a private tracker still open for registration.

In uTorrent, where do I find my seeding ratio?

goto the "General" tab then look at "Transfer" then look at "Time elapsed" then look all the way to the right and you'll see "Share ratio"

Help! In uTorrent, I downloaded Paper Mario Thousand Year Door, and now it's seeding. Well my problem is it says it's still seeding, but it's not going past .300! Now I got a warning that my ratio's too low, but I'm trying to seed!

You're not a seeder unless you have completed a download, just to let you know.
And are you sure that's right? Because if you have no leechers and 5 seeders you should be getting somewhat of a download. (Or the seeders have a bad upload rate)
EDIT: and what color is the circle thingy at the bottom? If it is not green, you either need to forward your ports or unblock utorrent from your firewall.

I already downloaded it. I just need to seed it to raise my ratio before I get banned. And no one is downloading it so my ratio will not raise!

you just have to wait until someone starts downloading the torrent. and plus arent you happy? you arent killing your bandwidth.

It has nothing to do with your computer. The torrent is probably a bad one.

It's not the torrent now... Downloads are fine. It's just that no one is leeching so I can't seed! And I'm gonna get banned cause of that.

if there is no one downloading you are probably fine, just leave the torrent running and upload until you meet the private trackers requirement.
