I downloaded so many games with U Tik Downloader and Wii U USB Helper and I'm still not in jail sooo it's pretty safe.

This is not the first time I hear about German people seriously concerned about this.

I live in Italy and of course is technically not allowed as well and you "could" have problems with law, but seriously, it NEVER EVER happens and NO ONE cares. Now I think of Germany as a place where you get german SWATs at home if you download a mp3 xD

You're right. You have to have reaaally bad luck to get caught downloading something.

you only download the game files from nintendo servers himself, its like : download a game/update/dlc from eshop "
BUT you download the tik file from the ticket site,
You dont hack the server from nintendo or something else to get the game files ,so why you should be afraid?
