Apple Using US iPad in UK?

Thinking of importing a US iPad but if I create a UK iTunes account, will a US iPad work fine in the UK?

Of course an imported iPad will work in any part of the world, it's not like it won't work if it gets out of bounds.

The thing is, you can only download apps according to what iTunes account you have created, eg. us or uk.

Let's say you have a uk itunes account, then you can download uk apps. However, you CANNOT download us apps, such as iBooks.

There IS A WAY to get around that though, just create a us iTunes account.


Also, just to be sure, check the voltage/watts on the wall charger if you get one.
Make sure it isn't too much/little.
