ROM Hack Using the 3in1 backup tool

So I've got PKMN White on my CycloDS, but when the 3DS comes out I want to buy a retail cart and play it with my 3DS. I don't want to have to start over though, and would prefer to transfer my save from the flash cart to the game cart.

I looked up topics and found one that suggested this program, the 3in1 backup tool, but I'm confused as to how I'd use it.

Any help?

I do have the EZ Flash 3in1, btw.

Thanks for the reply, but, correct me if I'm wrong, isn't this instructing me how to backup the save from my retail cart of PKMN White?

I need to be able to take my save that's already on my CycloDS and put it onto my retail cart.
