Hacking Using same sd card to install cfw

Hi, I want to install cfw on my 3ds I already use with a nnid.
Could you tell me if it is OK to use the same sd card that the one I already use with my regular eshop games or if I need to use another one ?
Also is it better to dissociate my nnid from my 3ds before installing a cfw ?

Of course it is ok.
Well, I think that it does not matter.

OK thanks, and right now I use a 32gb sd card.
If I want to transfer my data from this one to another one bigger with 64gb, can I just copy/paste the data on the bigger one and later use it for the cfw ?
