Homebrew Using powersaves on cias

I just downloaded a few of my games which I already have through cartigages on freeshop, I also transfered the save data from the physical game to the download. I have powersaves but without having the physical game I won't be able to use it. Is there a way for me to download powersaves as a cia and use it for the downloaded saves?

No.
There are save editors and NTR Cheat Plugins you could use (if there is one for any game you need it for).

also, you could use hourglass9 to backup the cart and install it using fbi.

Go to Decrypt9 and dump gamecart and then get JKSM and export cartridge save and install dumped gamecart and then import exported cartridge same into the dumped gamecart
