Hacking Question Using JoyCons on the PC?

Hey guys, I searched a lot for this answer but there are several threads so I'm not quite sure.
I was wondering what is the best way to use JoyCons on the PC in nowdays?
If possible Id like it to use on a PC to emulate a xbox controller.
