I did a system transfer and used faketik to get all my cfw back on the target N3ds. How do I restore all my stuff on the old source 3ds? Both have cfw. Faketik can’t find database on the source 3ds.

System Transfer means giving away your source system's Nintendo 3DS folder and user profile (NNID, Miis, Friend Code, Friend List, Activity Log, eShop account, etc) to the target system. That method does not allow for the source system to keep what now belongs to the target system due to console unique encryption and CDN server side record of who's user profile resides on which system now.
You can give back a copy of the Nintendo 3DS folder with the SDTransfer methods.
