Hacking Using EZ V expansion pack

I happened to find this at an electronics thrift store and they gave it to me for $5. I don't need any more GBA carts by any means, especially a strictly NOR based cart, but I wasn't going to pass on it for $5. Problem is, I don't have the slot one cart that comes along. I do have an M3 Simply though as well as Gateway blue cart. Are there any options to flash this sucker with a non EZF slot 1 cart or do I need the official EZ cart?

Kind of confused why it was sold as a standalone if you can't use other slot one carts with it.

Anyway yeah the EZTeam released source so it is supported by everything nowadays

Figured her out. Grabbed GBA Exploder and tested it out. Didn't realize this had both NOR and RAM onboard. Not a bad deal for $5. Might as well pair it up with my old Simply on the DS I don't use.

They didn't know what it was, but had it priced at $15. Cool guy offered to give it to me for $5.
