Hacking Using Content Manager without linking your PSN Account

Hello everyone..I just had my PS vita system a month ago and there's this one problem i encountered..
by using content manager,it requires me to link my PSN account with my vita.

its just that i can't even make my own account since My country isn't listed in the country section and what if Sony detects I'm a fraud for using a country i don't live at?

I tried using openCMA but still it asks me to link my PSN Account to my vita system..

The Content Manager requires a PSN account and internet access. This is needed because of piracy, I guess. Sony does not really care if you make an account that uses a different region from your own so go for that if you want to.
