Hacking Using AnyRegionChanger on 4.3

Is it possible, or do I have to downgrade? And if so, how?

Seems no matter what I try to do, I'm presented with an error like "Error! ES_OpenTitleContent (ret = -1026)

Always 1026.

Could anyone help me out, please? Thanks.

You shouldn't region change. It hasn't been necessary for anything in years. The only thing ARC is used for these days is to fix *%$@ed up Wii's because someone tried to region change it and messed up.

Tell me why you want to region change, and I'll tell you a safe way to do it.
