Homebrew Question Using Album to open Homebrew Loader not working

I just recently updated Atmosphere, Hekate and my EmuNAND from scratch. Normally holding R when launching Album opens the homebrew loader, but that isn't working, only when I launch a title and hold R will the Homebrew Loader open, is that a change with Atmosphere or is something wrong?

That is correct i believe it gives it full access

As of atmosphere 0.10.0 it was changed so opening album without r opens the hombrew menu and opening it with r opens the album. You can change it back to how it was by editing the config file.
