Gaming Using a slim to pandora a fat battery?

Is this possible? My friend has a hacked slim, and lent me his silm pandora battery which doesn't work with my fat psp. If I lend him my fat battery can he make it a pandora with his slim? are the steps any different than making a slim battery pandora using a slim?
The main difference between the two is his is slimmer and lighter and doesn't connect up with my psp. His is a 1200MaH and mine is 1800MaH.
If he can succesfully make my battery a pandora the MMS stuff can be done by me with my fat psp correct?

depends on which motherboard his 2000 has, don't know which exact datecodes but you could just try and see if it works.

you can make the slim pandora battery work on a phat psp, you just have to have the charger plugged in as the battery just does not have enough contact to boot the psp. i have my slim battery on many phat this way.just make sure you are pushing the battery up so the slim battery makes as much contact to the oins as possible........sudek300
