Hacking Usercheat File Questions

Something weird is going on with my SC DSTwo and DS games: I had cheats enabled for games, but now it is not displaying any cheats at all for DS games... I have a few questions:

1. Where does the Usercheat file go in my mSD card (Directory structure)?
2. Where can I get latest Usercheat file?

Thoughts/help appreciated

1. usrcheat.dat file must be in _dstwo directory.
2. You can download latest usrcheat.dat here (registration required).

I put the Usercheat file in the right place. But it is weird because I remember having file on mSD card before and don't remember deleting it or anything...
