Use SD card content on formatted 3DS

Long story short, my 3DS - without SD card - was formatted without my consent. I have the SD card with the original content on it. Given the data is still on the SD, Is there any way I can get it to accept the games I installed, etc. without having to reinstall everything?

Nope keys have been changed so without a movable.sid from before the format your data is fucked
