Hardware Use DS3 controller along with logitech f310 for Steam?

Ok so I installed Scp driver for my DS3 controller, and I can use it for my PCSX2 emulator along with the f310, but if i were to use it for a 2 Player Steam game it wouldn't work? Is there anyway to get both controllers working if possible?
