countless versions of GX that I can't use the loader with a NTFS formatted WD 1.5tb , code dumps when I choose partition; in wiiflow and cfgloader it works great, my system is fully updated too.

Use FAT32, and see if that helps.

Just use cfg loader for usb loading.
