usbloader GX boots back to HBC (vWii)

hi so i installed all the cios's from the WiiUhacks guide (so 249,250 and 251) but when i load a game on USBLoader GX I get booted back to HBC what am i doing wrong (Loader IOS is 58 and i tried 249,250 and 251 for game IOS same result)
