I got a USB stick but now when injecting a game and launching it with both my CFW's I get
"The USB storage device has been disconnected"
and an error code of 160-0106

the region for my game is correct and I used the same title key as listed on the website

so I'm at a loss here

Does your USB stick ever shut off while connected to the console? If so, then you may have a defective USB stick and you should consider getting a new one. I only get that error when I remove a USB stick while the console is on. Hope this helps. :)

Nope, to my knowledge its never done that

I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears but you'd be better off getting an external hard drive and you will have more problems with a usb stick. Proceed as you wish.

As JustinCredible said, you are far better off getting a HDD than using USB stick. Had issues myself of USB just stop working and disconnecting for no apparent reason.

Have not had any of these problems since using a HDD and Y cable.

Also not sure if your aware but there is also a HDD sleep mode that can be disabled/enabled

Goto "System Settings" go to "Data Management". Once there do not click on the on-screen buttons but instead hold down on the GamePad's D-Pad and the "+" and "-" buttons for a couple of seconds. A hidden option will show up and you can disable or re-enable the Sleep Mode on the connected HDD.

Yeah, I've already disabled it. I guess I should go looking for a y cable now
