Hi, never had any problems before but recently any time the wii is accessing my usb drive i'm occasionally having stack dumps in any programs. Had it with emulators, wiimc and usb loader gx. Drive is a 500gb, split into ntfs and fat32. Games are run off the ntfs, and videos. Roms are from fat.
Running a scan on the drive at the moment, not sure if that will help. Any ideas?

Thanks

I don't know if a different ios would work because wiimc uses 58 anyway. The scan on windows showed nothing, i'm wondering if it could be a problem with the usb cable itself?

Has anyone else had a similar problem?

If you can access the drive via PC, it cannot be a cable issue.
Does the USB Loaders work? If so, try reinstalling IOS58.
