Hacking USB Mic

I got wii ver 4.2u and I can't get my mic to work for guitar hero. I'm using neogamma R8 b7. any help would be greatly appreciated
also I can't get band hero to load at all any thoughts

as far as i know and if i remember correctly, the reason usb mics and drums will not work on neogamma is because a certain cIOS needs to be loaded for them,
or the regular cIOS we use for neogamma still only supports USB 2.0 and not older USB 1.1 stuff like the mics and drums.

and i got band hero working fine through either that rb softchip loader or neogamma, but i only used the guitars and played it once to try it out and
didn't try mic or drums.

2 tips possibly not mentioned in the thread: plug the mic/drums in AFTER the game's loaded, and try both USB ports because they're different.
