Guys. I honestly have no idea what to do anymore. So here's the situation. I have a USB with a few games on it. And i'm using configurable USB loader. Now, when i first tried USB loading (USB Loader GX), nothing was working. Then i used modmii to install all the Cios and it starting working. This was yesterday. Then after that i tried to load a PAL game (Guitar Hero world tour) and that didn't work, plus all my other games stopped working, plus i even tried loading that on WiiFlow and after it blackscreened, even WiiFlow stopped loading other games. Then i switched to CFG and everything worked again. Until now that i wake up in the morning and try to load a game and it doesn't work. None of my games work anymore. I get the "Booting wii game, please wait" message and it hangs. I've tried deleting my covers, reinstalling modmii Cios, switching SD cards, unplugging my gamecube mem card. But nothing works. I have no idea what could be causing this inconsistent behavior and just want my games to work. I'm using a white wii on system menu 4.3U if that's of any help. Also my USB is 64gb PNY Attache 4 FAT32.
Oh and just now it started working again. But stopped working. Then it started working. Now it doesn't work anymore. I think the problem is in turning off the console. At this point i'm incredibly frustrated at this inconsistency and lack of support on the web. ( i've been on like page 30 of google so far). So i would appreciate it SO much if i could get any help here at all.

Edit: Just tried to syscheck and it freezes on "Testing IOS vulnerabilities... Please wait..."

If you want help you need to provide more specific information:
    - What version of each USB loader are you using? (Not "latest" - the version number)
    - Have you tried another USB storage device?
    - Which cIOS and which version did you install, and in which IOS slots? (Running Syscheck Hack's Den Edition and posting the results would help.)
    - Have you checked your game disc images and made sure they're valid? If they don't match the MD5/SHA1 hash on redump.org or gametdb.com they may be bad and need to be dumped again. CleanRip is the best application to use for that.
    - If you're trying to load Wii games from SD with USB Loader GX it won't work. It doesn't support Wii games on SD, only Gamecube.
    - If you're using a USB HDD and forgot to mention it make sure it's either self-powered (has power supply) or you are using a Y-cable with both plugs connected to ensure it's getting enough power to stay running.

I checked and my game images are valid. As for using another drive, i just tried a 4gb Verbatim USB and loaded Mario Kart with it which worked. But i tried the PNY drive from before right after and now it also decides to work. Also booted Call of Duty Black Ops off the PNY and it works for some reason now.

Your syscheck looks ok, but it might not hurt to update your IOS249/250 to d2x-v10.

I suspect the problem may be your flash drives. I've never had much luck with them especially PNY and Sandisk ones.
Try this version of USB Loader GX: http://www.mediafire.com/download/yxvp9qp0wn0sbrt/R1244.7z
It's not the most current revision but it's stable. The latest builds have a few issues that are still being worked out. It's not possible to tell which one you have by just 3.0 because there are like 20 revisions of it. :)

Do you have a USB physical HDD you can try and see if it's any more reliable? If it's FAT32 or NTFS already you don't have to erase it first.

I had the same situation as you recently.
    1. Copy content of your SD card to PC.
    2. Reformat the card with http://www.mediafire.com/?7znfdmkkaxjic95
    3. Write back files from PC to SD card
    4. Use NUSDownloader 1.9 and download latest versions IOSes from your list 11, 20, 30, 40, 50, 52, 60, 70, 80 (don't touch IOSes 2xx they are good). Don't apply any patches to the downloaded IOSes. Put them to 'wad' folder on SD card
    5. Also put WiiMod Lite 1.6 https://mega.co.nz/#!up9ABSbT!ZhuXL66_Q0U50SnT_mvErH3UtaXqNCEPMWZ9Y0qhH0w to apps folder on SD card
    6. Put GX loader r1256-r1257 from here http://sourceforge.net/projects/usbloadergx/files/Releases/New revisions (3.0+)/
    to SD card.
    7. Run WiiMod Lite from Homebrew Channel and update those IOSes via WAD manager submenu there.

Run everything via gx loader. If paticular game is blackscreen - set cIOS for that game 250.

No! Don't do any of that. There's nothing wrong with his cIOSes and an SD card formatted by the Wii or as FAT32 with any OS should be fine.

There is also no need to use an older USB Loader GX.

Something else is wrong with his hardware configuration. He will need to try a different USB storage device and see if that helps. USB Loader GX doesn't even load games from SD.

What was the problem? It might help someone else in the future that runs across this thread.
