I had an old version of USB Loader GX that didn't have support for Nintendont. I got the one that does and now my Project M ISO doesn't show up now. Anyone know how to fix it? It finds my Gamecube games fine.

what is the path to your SSBB game?
/wbfs/Super Smash Bros Brawl [GameID here]/gameID.wbfs ?
if not, rename the folder to match this one.
Then in USBloaderGX be sure to display wii games (4th icon in the top menu).

My Wii is also softmodded and i have a WBFS1 partition on my HDD but it won't find my inazuma eleven strikers.iso, downloaded torrent, how can i make it show up???

If it's a "WBFS" partition, you will not see any files.
are you sure it's not FAT32 with wbfs files located in a /wbfs/ folder?
