Hacking Usb loader v1.1

anyone got a version of the normal v1.1 loader with the delay in detecting usb included? all the other version aroudn keep breaking things that worked the first time, like tatsonuko used to work on the normal v1.1 now with all the mods it green screens
or is there a page that has all the mods on it and what they have to offer that is different to the original one? as im sure most ppl have lost track of whats going on and what version to use and what version is the best
