Hacking USB Loader Problem

Ok I dont know whats going on. I used to be able to install games like animal crossing and excite truck in like a minute but now its taking 15 minutes to a half hour and it gets stuck at the end. At least thats what its doing with Animal Crossing. I got the latest version and it started doing this. I now went back to the old version and used the same usb as I did before and its the same. Why would it be doing this? I am not using a backup. Its the real game

I also have some other problems so I will just use this thread for them all.

I recently re-downgraded to 3.2U and I forgot how to run backups from the disk channel.

And.... I needed help with something else but now I forgot what it is.
