Is there any way to make "Game Default" the default video mode? Mine is always on "System Default" which I don't want.
Maybe a video.txt like title.txt will be another great idea!
yaypsp.gif

or just title.txt

id = name; video mode; language; cheats; playable on child mode; ...?
i.e.
RNHP99 = No More Heros; ; ; 1; 0
blank would be default settings (from config.txt)

I've been following this thread for days now, and decided to create an acct to ask some things. Is there a channel forwarder yet for 1.4 anywhere yet, i've been using wiishizza's version of 1.1 version 3 for a while now.. Decided to upgrade because of the new features.. Could someone point me towards a channel forwarder

I also get Core Dump when downloading the second cover. It starts downloading and says "Done" on the first game, but no new cover appears. When moving to the second game is says Downloading and then Core Dump.
Network is working in other applications.

Tested games: Animal Crossing, Wario Land: Shake Dimension and FaceBreaker K.O.

btw, whats the download url for covers? just to make sure it's working from a computer.

I have no problems with german COD and V6
also cover download worked for me like a charme.
I had problems with downloading a cover for the Geram COD (that's what I meant
wink.gif
). Probably because there wasn't an Entry for this...don't know. Rest worked like a Charme too
smile.gif
.

@Shizzza: P.s.: No Offense, but your first post is a little bit messy...I tried to make a new Layout/Idea, it's here. Like I've said before, no offense, just a quick suggestion...you don't have to use it...

I'm wondering if there could be a way to make the loader can scale the covers. (through config file)
If this is possible, We have much more possibilities in creating a skin.

//EDIT:
Thanks Blue-K.

Problem is I have less time this week also I'm a bit ill.... So, If it's okay for you can you set up a nice clean first post with all links in it and post it on pastebin,
so I can swap the messy first post with your one.

Would be nice. I got to see the doctor now.
See you.

I'm already working on this. My Excite Truck doesn't work too with 1.4

Hmm i was look at the code and got a little confused. You use TVNtsc480IntDf for PAL games on NTSC consoles now, why? In 1.1 you used TVEurgb60Hz480IntDf there, like SoftChip does too. Does this increase the compatibility?

Yes, it increases compatibility.

Excite Truck problem is not because video modes.

EDIT: Heh, bug found.

New Wanin's v1.5 usb loader is coming?

Could someone please merge this version with this loader here:

http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=147459

? This would be sooo awesome...the Loader there looks so fantastic, but still some things are missing...would be great if someone could have a look at it ( Forsaekn, Shizzza, Hungip )
tongue.gif
...please...that would be so awesome!!! I think we're never were so close to a perfect Cover-Flow GUI...

@WiiShizzza: Ok, I'll try to do my best

I'll second that.
AppleBelly Layout is great.

Maybe it's possible that we can use either our design or the AppleBelly design, set through config.txt ?

Think about the .dol Size we would then have

. I'm pretty shure Forsaekn could do this...don't know if he want's...but I need this Layout so badly

I love his interface but it lacks any of your optons and is configurable like yours so i cant use it so continue to yours and its excellent configuration system...

AppleBelly Loader is slow when showing/scrolling covers. maybe this can be optimized...

But it seems the AppleBelly Loader uses a better reboot sysmenu code.
Maybe Hungip can have a look at it, too.
When rebooting to sysmenu with our loader, the screen flickers and stuff.
AppleBelly Loader loades the sysmenu more smoothly.

If your getting core dumps on downloading, which version of cios 36 are you using?

You will need to install the latest version Rev10

I'm on rev10 via network install. Is the EHCI patch essential?
yes it is. without the ehci module there would be no usb access possible.

I'm confused, what to do exactly with the

* SDHC-Module_rev10 (is that the IOS250?)
* EHCI module patch (where is ehc_loop.c)

not just install the cIOSrev10 ?

thanks!

just install cIOsrev10... thats all ive ever done, never installed no EHCI Patch and ive been playing backs for days just fine... (was on rev9 before)

I didn't get my usb-drive to work with AppleBelly Loader, I think it has something to do with the countdown you got. pls make sure to not remove that function. The usb drive haven't worked with any other loader.

But I still don't get the images to work. Even if I set download to 0 it tries to download images and finally ends up with core dump. I have put the config.txt in th eroot of SD and created a folder in the root aswell called images.

Is it possible to get any status whatever the Wii get assigned a IP adress when Initializing Network is done? Maybe display it?
