WBFS Manager or MY Computer wont recognise my harddrive but the USB Loader will? how can i make it recognise it on my computer?

run the wbfs manager as administrator, and if necessarry manually assign a drive letter in computer management

how do i manually assign a drive letter?

in xp like this, might be a bit different for vista
control panel - administrative tools - computer management - storage - disk management

ok i got into it and in the middle it only has my C drive and under that it has
Disk 0 - 149 gb
Disk 1 - 111 gb (this is my harddrive)

@Lubbo, right click it and I believe "assign drive letter" will be an option.

As for dimok, and whoever else was working on the new forwarder... I'd like to make a YouTube video tomorrow featuring all the new features and how far this loader has come since the early revisions and videos that are on YouTube, and I'd love to se the new forwarder be ready for it. (if its not ready then I can always hold off a bit.)

is there a list of games that don't work with this loader? so far I have 3 games that don't work and goes to a black screen, there are Wii Sports, Super Mario Galaxy and Vacation Sports, hopefully when cIOS rev12 comes out and is implemented with this loader, it will play those games as well as make a LAN adapter work with it too

I've played two of those (Wii Sports and Mario) on this loader with no problems. But for a general compatibility list, check here: http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/index.php/USB_Launcher_v1

On that list it says that Guitar Hero World Tour works, but I can't get it to work at all.

Sorry I can't help but I can tell you this game does work. I find that more often then not, most people with game problems it turns out they just have a bad game dump. Id say first try getting another dl of this game. If still fails I hope someone can help.

I am having a bit of an issue right now...

I've deleted my config file and everything (as it was causing issues)

but now when I open the loader, it's in the most-played list first, and I want it to launch in ABC order.
Is there a setting in the gxglobal config file I can edit?

Just wondering since the new update feature has been implemented into the loader. How long before new Rev is uploaded? Is it automatically updated once the developer do it or does someone have to compile it and uploaded to a site first before its able to be downloaded through the loader?

just wondering if anyones gotten pal scarface to run on this loader? RSCU
just goes to a black screen on me, and metroid prime works about 50% of the time with a disc in, it'll either load or black screen... anyone have the preloader hacks to skip needing the disc floating around? seen em a while back but didn't save em as i didn't have that game then

It is a pity that no one here seems to listen to me.

WiiPower has solved the compatibility issues of some games (e.g. Punch Out, EA Sports Active, etc.) on Japanese Wii. He has also released the code which is ready to be implemented to any USB Loaders. I don't think it is hard to implement the code into the loader.

Why not improve the compatibility of the Loader GX ??

i think it's because most people don't play games on Japanese wii. lol

i have ever suggested it a couple of days ago but not got any response.
