awesome, the latest version doesn't freeze up on my Wii like previous versions did, it's VERY nice and polished and best of all, it plays Jlonoa

just hacked my brother in laws wii and was going through some pal games to set the settings correctly for him and found that I cant get pikmin 2 to work with this loader.. Tried waninkokos 1.5 and it boots right away without any forcing or patching.. I did however return to a black screen when I tried to go back to the wii menu..

Anyone else have trouble with PAL pikman 2 on a ntsc wii?

I just installed Herme's cIOS 222, and after that I couldn't get my Wii to recognize my USB drive at all with this loader. After I uninstalled it with anytitle deleter it works fine. Looks like this loader and IOS 222 don't quite mix yet.

I tried to do the same : I run Hermes' launcher, it doesn't recognize my HDD, but other launchers still run perfectly.
Didn't try with running game in 222 with GUI launcher...

I just compiled and tested r291. Everything is great except for the tabs in the settings menu are on the wrong side of the menu now. it's weird because they are still pointing to the left, but they are on the right side. I've already submitted the issue on google code.

someone get the source code from gecko os 1.9 somehow and implement their method to loading codes into this because gecko os 1.9 can bypass the 256 line limit that ocarina can not

This is also what Brawl+ uses now... I dont think that source will ever be released though.... oh well will keep my fingers crossed.

Sorry to be such a numpty, but what are the advantages of ios 222?
It's the only thing in settings i don't understand...thanks for such a great loader btw

r291 dol, elf and complete changelog
at http://tinyurl.com/usbloader-gui

or just the r291.dol at my Mediafire folder where every upload goes

Code:
291:ÂÂÂÂ Messed with behavior of progress bars/ prompts some more.
290:ÂÂÂÂ Added mutex/mutexlock to synchronize the GuiThreads and the MainThread, again clockfont edited (bearing of "1")

People who cant load the loader or having some troubles
they should try to use .ELF
since .ELF is a lot more accurate in processing code

was flip X explained somewhere?
I got complaints that when you press left/right in the spinning disc screen, the wrong game came up and it didn't feel natural. This is one of those things that nobody will agree on, so I just made an option. Flip X inverts the behavior of the x axis for this prompt. There are actually 4 possibilities for pressing left and 4 for right.
prompt window slides left and the next game comes up.
prompt window slides left and the previous game comes up.
prompt window slides right and the next game comes up.
prompt window slides right and the previous game comes up.
I didn't cover them all, but this should be enough.

it thought the orignal made more sense. However, what I thought needed changing was that the main screen needed to adjust to centre on the current game in disc view.

i.e. if i were to navigate through the discs more than ten times, the disc i am actually viewing is no longer on the main screen

PS - can we have tooltips added to the options screen please to decribe what each optino does or alternatively have a help button with instructions on?
