r111 seems to have broken cover images for me. shows the no cover image instead. r110 shows them properly.

ok second game (pitfall) installed ok but it has just hung installing spider-man web of shadows.

any thoughts? just unlucky with bad backups?

I've noticed every time i select a game to be opened, the DVD slot blue light lits, as expecting to start reading a DVD.
Is it normal feature, or bug?

Grabbed the source now with that application raptor posted, so thanks for that.
I can compile the source succesfully, so that's working.
If I want to try to make my own skin, can I just replace the files in source\images, or will I have to import them in the project too before compiling?

This is done on purpose. There is a specific line of code that turns this light on/off. It is there to add character and atmosphere. It means everything is working. It is in no way a bug. It won't run your power bill up.

just make sure you put the dol file in sd:\apps\usbloader\

Edit: I also switched the font to Calibri, even though I spent a long time looking for the Horatio font for you guys (and then converting it to ttf might I add) I understand some found it difficult to read.
