which boxart are you using? Make sure it's 160x224 in size because the size has to be diviable by 4! And nope... upper case is correct.

okok thx.. then i know the problem.. all of the boxart i find is in 160x225

any image you want on www.theotherzone.com/wii/ and be made to be any size on the fly.
I dont have a quick link button for them yet , but i may do one up - presently if your looking for an image , just fill in the region and the title id and put it in here

www.theotherzone.com/wii/resize/ {region} / {width} / {height} / {gameid}.png

for example http://www.theotherzone.com/wii/resize/nts.../600/RJ2E52.png

change the 400 and 600 to the sizes you want and the game name and region and you can get the images at the sizes you want.

Hi changed the password entry uses now a on Screen Keyboard and if the password is wrong or not entered the Install and Delete buttons are dissapering (it´s still the same password "AB121B").
The Excite Truck bug is fixed too

@djtaz: try it yesterday and downloading the images works like a charm

I think downloading will be inserted in the next revision (needs still some correction) we will see.

sorry if nitpicking, but had a question regarding the r96 builds posted here.

MAFIA, your build is 1,913,472 bytes and nIxx was 1,900,912

your softchip builds are also a few K larger than other builds, just wondering what optimize or compile switches you are using? totaly just curious, also ok with not having my curisotiy satisfied if its too much bother

on another note, im a little sad to see the console loaders fading out, i hope the configurable loader sticks around for a while

I compile the source with devkitpro in win OS.

The difference in size is due to the type of compilation performed, probably nix uses Linux OS (I think).

i believe either 3 or 6 digit id's will work doesn't matter.

WHEREAS the one labeled : GUIUSBLoader r96.wad is very much stable channel wad

Install directions:

Step1:
open the winrar archive and place the contents onto your memory stick...If your prompted to overwrite choose "yes to all"

Step2:
Next load Wad Manager and install the file called GUIUSBLoader r96.wad or simply boot the file from the homebrew channel and enjoy

Had an idea you know how in say occarina cheats we have "button shortcuts" that are mappable via a Config.txt...

why not make childproof mode like this MAPPABLE this way everyone can decide themselfs whats the best way to go about it maybe not right away but it seems like a user friendly addition!:


Config.TXT example

CP password = AB121B
Install Game = 1+2+Plus
Uninstall game = 1+2+minus
GUI Text Color = (Insert RBG VALUE)

so this way the small but important customization details can be molded by the end user

I want it, too...

You need softmii tweak tools and preloader is recommended(lets say its neccessary, don't ever leave home without it)
and a custom menu app file of your region and firmware. All of this can be found on Softmii's website.

Back on topic is auto download in the coding/testing stage or should i just delete some things on my sd to get space for all the image(boxart/disc). It shouldn't be too hard to implement now that djtaz has added all the images and allows resizing but then again I'm no real coder.

to be safe just create a backup of your existing data on the PC...if your not satisfied...you can always "roll back" this way
