Have you tried deleting the config directory? That normally does the trick (unless you only have a fat usb stick and no sdcard as then you need a config file on the usb stick or it will crash when it starts up ).

I having both USB Loader GX and Configurable USB Loader. CFG now puts games in subdirectories. Anyone know if USB Loader GX can still play games in that way?

Well I just tried it out and it doesn't work with subdirectories. It's okay because it's only optional and CFG works with or without subdirectories.

Well, i deleted the config file but it still gives me the error.
i have a fat partition on my usb drive and a wbfs partition, i didn't know i had to put the config file in the fat partition. So, what do i do now?

same for me i tried both fat32 and wdfs
i tried dol and wad channel

What IOS does the disc launching feature use? Will Metroid Prime Trilogy work fine patched to IOS222 on a DVD+R DL, or do I have to patch it to 249?

it should work on either cIOS222rev4 or cIOS249r15, but you will need to use alt-dol method to play this game.

i dont own it so ive never played with trying to load it, but it is a alt-dol game.

Yeah change the alt dol. You have to pick which Prime you want to play before starting.

So there is no way to play MPT from disc without using alt dol? Is it just GX that won't work without it? Does NeoGamma also need to use alt dol?
Sorry, just trying to avoid using one of my remaining dual layers if it's not going to work no matter what.

EDIT: @Disco, RE0 works 100% for me on GX.

To all with Ocarina problems, please test this version:

RE Archives Zero works. Suggest updating, and checking your settings. The only thing I did was turn on the 002 fix. Dunno if that´s even necessary, as I turned it on before I even tried the game for the first time. 4.1U

I am having a problem updating to a new revision and I was hoping someone can help me, I have put the new revision r846.dol into the SD:/apps/usbloader_gx/ folder and renamed it boot.dol, but when I go to run usbloader gx in goes to a black screen and freezes and if I wait a while a code dump comes up. What have I done wrong.

i already have my wii set to widescreen but the top and bottom menu like gear,grid view the picture it;s not full
