Not possible, not implemented, wait for Waninkoko.

Okay, I didn't think so, but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask, especially when I saw the titles show up in the usbloadergx menu.

You misunderstood the use of mirrors. It's just because you don't have separate links for dol and elf and that renders useless the double posting. I changed it to "download dol" - "download both" - "download elf" to be less confusing.

You contributed a lot to the archiving of dols and I still need your help (I won't have Internet access by next week for the rest of the month and an exam period following that). You can just put your link at "download both" section and the revision number. Don't bother for the changelog if you don't have time and I'll do it. But if you don't have the time for anything, or you don't want to, that's ok too.

Ok no worries, I'll keep it updated as and when I can

Whenever I try and update the forwarder through the Settings menu, it gets stuck at 85% and won't download past this.

Does anyone else get this, or know how to fix it?

hmm thats weird, when i click on update its says im up to date even tho im only on rev 700. i just replaced it with a dol but seems a bit odd.

I have suggestion.

Is it worth having a change freeze for a while so no new features are added so only bugs are being fixed and when the product is deemed stable and bug free then new features could be implemented.

I think too many requests for new features which seem to be breaking other working components when the features are implemented.

Thats my 2 cents worth...

To be completely honest to you and to hopefully stop these types of whiny posts (though I doubt it) there are multiple people working on this project and each of them has things they want to implement. They don't have an office to gather in and sit down to work on this project. They aren't Nintendo, or Blizzard, or EA. This is worked on in their free time and provided to the end user for free with a sufficient amount of tech support and readme's available (if you can not get the program to work for you with the provided guides, you shouldn't use it). If you are looking for a stable release, use v1.0 as that is the only stable release there is. When the GX team deems it necessary to stop all forward progress, go back, fix bugs, and release another stable revision, they will. Until then, please do not give suggestions to the coders as to how to release their free software made in their free time. These 5 times daily revisions are for testing purposes and not many projects update this often and move at the speed of GX.

To report bugs or suggest new features, follow the link on the first page and make sure to include all pertinent information such as: GX revision, cIOS revision, steps to reproduce the issue, system menu version, forwarder/channel, etc... Also, make sure to read through all other issues to see if your issue has already been reported.

Again, all of these revisions are being made available for testing purposes. If you are not willing to be a tester, please use v1.0. If you are willing to be a tester, please report your issues in the proper way on the proper site. The coders do not spend a whole lot of time on GBATemp so this may not be the best place to go with issues. Please be respectful of the people who are providing you this service.

That's my two cents worth...

For you vets who installed Hermes files to your Wii. Who also have Cisocorps and or preloader installed. Afterwards did you need to reinstall those again. Or can you just install Hermes like any other ciso.

I have installed Hermes cIOS various times and haven't had do reinstall cIOScorp or Preloader, tho i did have to reinstall preloader after doing cIOScorp.

"vets" probably wouldn't install cIOSCORP to begin with but there shouldn't be any conflict as you're not touching any other IOS.

First of all, it wasn't a whiny post, it was nothing more than a suggestion.
I'm very aware who these coders are and what they are doing and I'm very respectful and grateful for the work these guys do.
Are you a coder? If your not then perhaps you should not speak for other people.

I have been following this thread for a long time now and looking in from the outside it was nothing more than a suggestion to resolve the issues that keep coming up.

If the coders are happy to continue the way they are currently working, that's fine but I'm guessing these guys must be getting frustrated themselves somewhere along the lines that when things get fixed then break again, because of a new feature, who knows... Pump that stress ball hey...

That's my two cents worth.........................................

Well I said vets mainly because they would be the people. Most likely to have everything installed on their Wii. Also I use a Lan adapter for online. Which I still haven't got confirmed if you can use that now with this Loader. So I still use disc for games so I can use my adapter.

My buddy has a lan adapter and is running gx with cios249 v14 and he has had success playing online.

Why wouldn't you just try it anyways? It's not like you could break anything.

any fixes for the ocarina problem? that problem being ocarina code dumps? Im away starting tomorrow, without access to a computer, so i will post the code dump then, but in the mean time, anybody fixed it?

PLEASE. THINK ABOUT THE GECKOS.

Seriosly though, how long will it take for gecko's 1.9.2 source to get incorp'd?
thats what i wanted to say too
biggrin.gif
The devs know about the Gecko OS source, how about not asking every few hours for it?

Wow no new update in 24 hours, this is strang is everyone ok. Lol. I just wanted to take a look at what has been done over a short bit of time. Who would have thought we would have had the HBC on this loader with Channel loading as well. Awsome looking grid view, much faster and able to lock this loader. We ask for so much and the team has gave us so much. I hope one day we will get everything we want in this loader, but till then I am enjoying the ride. And to all the coders working on this, if your unhappy with all the post good or bad just thank that to all of us posting you guys are doing what we can only wish we could do are selfs. We need all of you working at your best to make the magic that is this loader to keep getting better and better.
