Hacking USB Loader GX Shows Gamecube Games Twice

Everything with my USB Loader GX works flawlessly except for one minor thing. When I install a GC game on my USB hard drive via GX it shows the game twice in the list of games. It will have the game cover twice in my list of games. Any thoughts on what is causing this or a fix? I am using r1204 it also did this with previous versions as well. Thanks for any help in advance.

Is it a game with dual disc? (Tales of symphonia, Metal Gear Solid, etc.)
If you have both ISO of both disc, then it's normal that it's listing the game twice.
I'm currently working on fixing this problem, as launching any of the duplicated title always launch the same disc.

If you have the game on USB and on SD, it's not normal that you see the two games.

If you have the game only on one device, only one iso, and it's displayed twice, it's not normal either.

Please tell me which case it is for you, which game, which devices, etc.

It might be that you've set your main gamecube folder as the same folder for your wii games.
