Hacking USB Loader doesnt work with partitions

Hey guys,
I've got a problem with my Maxtor Basic Desktop 500 GB HDD.
Everything works fine without making partitions, but i still want to use it as external drive for my windows data too, so i decided to split the device into 150 GB WBFS and 350 GB NTFS.
But when I create my two partitions, my USB Loader cant read the HDD..

Im Using 4.1E with all necessary cios (i hope so) and Coverfloader 1.2

go o administrative tools then computer management and make your NTFS portion is set to primary.
